Goal:

To combine two elements into an icon for a poster that will encourage people to get their COVID-19 vaccine.

Concept & Color Variations:

For my final design, I decided to combine a syringe, which is a symbol that often causes people anxiety when it comes to vaccinations with something uplifting and less threatening, flowers. I decided to go with the simpler design because it is more eye-catching and created more of an iconic look than the other concept. The bright colors of the final poster allow for a welcoming feel that I hope will show people the vaccine isn't as scary as it may seem.
